Oak Building Planning Requirements

During our consultation, we will advise you as to whether your project requires planning permission, or if it can be constructed within your Permitted Development Allowance. Should planning permission be required, Broadoak will undertake the entire planning application, and associated paperwork and drawings, and listed building consent on your behalf (if required), and submit them to your local authority for their consideration, should it be required.

Once your planning application has been approved or should you not require planning permission, our CAD technicians will produce the necessary drawings, for both ground work and the structure. These drawings will then be submitted to an independent structural engineer who will advise on section sizes and roof support etc., and submitted to building control for their approval.

You may still need to inform your local authority of the changes but we can help you throughout the entire process - call us on 01279 739277 or click here to contact us.
